00:05 I'm standing in front of Goya Torres' work that she did for the Big Picture Fest in 2022.
00:10 This is drenched in Mexican culture.
00:13 Goya Torres moved to Australia not that long ago and so in this she really wanted to depict
00:20 some of the native faces that really reflects her Mexican heritage.
00:27 And on top of the native faces are their totem animals.
00:30 You can see each of them have a different animal on their head.
00:35 And essentially these faces are that of children and the innocence with nature, the connection
00:42 to nature, I think is what's really powerful about this piece.
