00:01 In the case of Al-Ziziya, Mr. Nawaz Sharif presented his case in front of the court.

00:07 Two or three interesting things have happened there.

00:09 First, a petition was filed on the issue of the judge scandal.

00:13 And second, Mr. Hussain Nawaz has submitted some documents in this regard.

00:17 In this case, he has also been declared invalid.

01:21 Now, obviously, there will be no argument on this case.

01:24 On the other hand, it was said that since Judge Arshad Malik had made this decision, he had filed a request in the Supreme Court.

01:31 The Supreme Court had approved it with these appeals.

01:35 So the decision should be made before that.

01:38 So when the lawyers of Nawaz Sharif, Azam Nazir Tariwad and Amjad Parvez said that we do not want to pursue this case.

01:45 So Nawaz Sharif's request was accepted.

01:49 On the other hand, the lawyer said that this case should be remanded back to the Supreme Court.

01:56 And the Supreme Court should hear it again and decide whether this decision is to be denied or not.

02:05 However, the High Court said that the evidence on the marriage will be heard by the High Court and the High Court will make its decision.

02:12 The Supreme Court had a document submitted by Hussain Nawaz.

02:18 So when the case came to the Supreme Court, the lawyer of Nawaz Sharif, Azam Nazir Tariwad said that we do not want to pursue this case.

02:26 Because Hussain Nawaz is not present here and his case has not progressed.

02:32 Since the case of Nawaz Sharif is going on here, the appeal of Nawaz Sharif is being heard in Al Aziziya Reference.
