Cheating Oda

Wonder if anyone tried any boss fights yet in the 2.1 patch and what’s the experience, because so far I’m having a terrible one. It’s like no quickhack works on them. I’m fighting Oda and dude is shooting me through cover with the “reboot optics” quickhack on him. This isn’t improving boss fights…why am I getting shot through solid cover, and why are my quickhacks doing absolutely nothing to him. At this point I don’t even want to even experience Smasher.
