00:00 Massive internet outages are reported by telephone companies across the Gaza Strip as a result of the unprecedented
00:05 escalation of Israeli bombardment leading many to believe that an intensification of hostilities on the ground is imminent.
00:12 Our correspondent in Gaza, Nur Harassin, has the details.
00:15 A scary situation here on the ground in Gaza with the renewed cutting of
00:22 networks and all
00:25 cell phone networks here in the Gaza Strip. Earlier in the day actually one of the main network companies here in Gaza
00:32 said that the
00:34 internet and the lines and the cell phone lines will cut on the Gaza Strip and
00:41 specifically on Gaza City. However,
00:43 apparently there is no internet, no connection in all of the areas in the Gaza Strip.
00:49 And this is something very bad because people do feel whenever there is cutting of the networks
00:54 it means that something bad is gonna
00:57 happen for Palestinians. And looking at what is happening here on the ground in Gaza,
01:02 you can tell that they are expecting a
01:05 wide-scale ground invasion in Khan Younes City
01:09 tonight. Since the very early hours of this morning, and yes, we have been hearing clashes,
01:14 continuous Israeli shelling on the on Deir el-Balah, specifically on
01:20 east-southern Deir el-Balah, which is a street, a wide street that links between Deir el-Balah and
01:26 Khan Younes. This is the latest from here on the ground in Gaza.
