00:00 We've got three master plans that are coming to fruition over the next few years in the
00:05 city, and this is part of it.
00:08 You've got Morford at the back of me, which is an office building, and we all know that
00:12 it used to be occupied by central government.
00:16 Over the years it's been taken on by Sheffield City Council.
00:19 Many staff have now vacated this building as we've consolidated our estate, and that
00:23 does bring forward lots of opportunities for how we do redevelop Morford.
00:28 And we're hoping to bring forward some exciting plans.
00:31 The reality is that we want to see 20,000 new homes across the city centre, and this
00:37 may well be part of that, alongside lots of other exciting things in the city centre.
00:42 So last week we had the Homes England board up into Sheffield, an executive agency of
00:48 government, bringing together different partners to redevelop the city.
00:52 And actually it shows the ambition that we have to regenerate the city centre and to
00:59 change the face of it.
