00:00 here on Monday. The biggest name that we saw enter the transfer portal at quarterback was
00:06 Oklahoma's Dylan Gabriel. And that's a name that hit the portal and you kind of look for a second,
00:16 "Whoa, that's a really big name. That's a guy who had a lot of success at his last stop. Why
00:21 would he enter the transfer portal?" Not a question that I have an answer for. All I can tell you is
00:28 he's in the transfer portal and he's going to be getting a ton of phone calls from some pretty
00:33 high named schools. And Dylan Gabriel led the Sooners to a 10-2 record in 2023. Those only
00:41 two losses came to Kansas who had a heck of a year and to... I'm blanking right now for a second.
00:52 I need to look at it right now. Let's see here. Oh, the only two losses were to Kansas
01:02 and to Oklahoma State. 27-24 loss to Oklahoma State, 38-33 loss to Kansas. So
01:11 all that said, Dylan Gabriel had a phenomenal year with the Sooners. He threw for 3,168 yards
01:21 and 25 touchdowns against just six interceptions, completed 230 of his 367 passes, which comes out
01:31 to a 62.67 completion. Oh, that is 2022. Excuse me. Sorry about that. Okay. 2023 offensive stats
01:42 for Dylan Gabriel. He threw for 3,660 yards and 30 touchdowns against six interceptions,
01:51 completing 266 of his 384 passes, which comes out to a 69.27. What am I looking? Oh, okay.
02:06 69.927 completion percentage. And then Dylan Gabriel is also a really good runner. He ran for
02:15 373 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground on 93 carries. So I think that Dylan Gabriel would be
02:23 a fantastic option for Oregon if they're looking in the transfer portal for a quarterback,
02:28 which they are. You have a guy who is experienced, who is a proven winner, and he's a really,
02:35 really good dual threat quarterback, which I think if you obviously watch Bo Nix and Will
02:39 Stein's offense this year, that's exactly what you want. And Bo Nix didn't even run that much,
02:44 certainly a whole lot less than 2022 under Kenny Dillingham.
