Direct Hiring Center Isn't Working, Say Migrant Workers

Migrant worker groups say a recruitment center run by Taiwan's labor ministry responsible for hiring workers directly from overseas has not fulfilled its duty in tackling issues with the country's system of hiring foreign laborers.
