00:06 with the closure of Cole Lane in the recent development. What are they?

00:10 Yes, the concerns are that if they close Cole Lane we have no way out with machinery to

00:18 our other farmland. It includes large bale trailers, large tractors, combine harvesters.

00:25 It also stops large lorries delivering to us, fertiliser, corn, that sort of thing.

00:33 If we turn the other way to the village it's a 7.5 tonne restriction and so narrow that

00:39 nothing would get down there. The idea is we would go all the way up through the village,

00:45 through Chicane, up to the top of Devil's Elbow where we would join the bypass past

00:51 Elwick and go to the A19. But the fact that we are trapped into our own farm once they

00:58 close us, we just come to a standstill and two businesses will be left unsaleable.
