00:13 Some cases have been filed almost a month ago but the charges have not been framed yet.
00:19 There are some bails due to which the appeals have not been made. That is also a court process.
00:26 I think they will complete the process soon and then frame the charges.
00:32 So Dr. Sahiba, regarding the 9th May, there are 48 cases of ATA in Punjab and Lahore.
00:37 You have 14 cases, out of which 10 cases have been nominated by Imran Khan.
00:41 Jinnah House, Ascari Tower, GHQ attacks, so on and so forth.
00:44 You have filed a case of war against the government for inciting the revolt.
00:49 For the convenience of the public, please tell us when and why this case was filed?
00:55 I will explain it to you.
00:58 When all these 9th May cases were filed, many people have been asking why these sections were filed after the 9th May.
01:07 Earlier, these sections were filed under other sections and were added to the case.
01:11 We have added sections to the case because with the passage of time,
01:15 as the evidence came to light, we have added these sections to the investigation.
01:21 First of all, the 14 cases in Lahore and across Punjab,
01:28 the sections that have been added according to the evidence we have got through our process of investigation,
01:35 one is that it was a criminal conspiracy.
01:39 One is that it was a general law and order situation, which we felt on 9th May
01:44 that it was a law and order situation, there is a lot of protest, a lot of protest.
01:49 But as we continued our investigation, we came to know that it was a very organized scheme.
01:57 And at the same time, in the same manner, the same type of installations were attacked.
02:05 So, this is for a general understanding, I am telling you.
02:08 Because the proper evidence, which we have FIA reports, PEMRA reports, and the reports of authentic agencies,
02:16 I will not be able to share them with you here because it is a matter of court.
02:20 But for a general understanding, if you see how they organized the attack,
02:26 we have added a section 120B, that is basically a criminal conspiracy.
02:33 And the conspiracy was to wage war in Pakistan.
02:39 And it was to incapacitate the armed forces so that the state could be exposed to external aggression.
02:46 This may seem a bit technical now, but you see, the thing is that when you had spread chaos in the country,
02:55 in the place where there are so many sensitive installations,
02:59 you are doing that you have created a situation of civil war,
03:03 and you are taking a nuclear state towards a civil war.
03:08 Then we have added section 34, which is a furtherance of common intention and a joint liability.
03:16 This question was also being raised that if a person is not present at the time, how is he included in this?
03:22 Because as we are talking about the chairman of PTI, he has been nominated in these FIRs.
03:28 He was not there. So, that is the point that who was the mastermind behind all this?
03:34 Because during the interrogation, he also said that if someone arrests me, then such attacks will be made on such institutions.
03:41 So, the statements that we have received and the other technical evidence that we have, I will not be able to share with you.
03:48 But on the basis of that evidence, we have done criminal conspiracy, joint liability.
03:53 And apart from this, the betting mutiny, that is 131, and apart from this, there is 505,
04:01 in which you do propaganda through false statements.
04:05 We have added these sections, which have been invoked for the first time in the history of Pakistan.
04:12 And the penalties and punishments in this are very severe.
04:18 So, because this incident was also very aggressive for us, and this has now been added.
04:25 And after collecting the evidence.
04:27 You have said it right, two or three things stand out.
04:31 For the first time in the history of Pakistan, these charges are being invoked, which you are saying.
04:35 505, 131, 134, 120B, Khana Jangi, nuclear state, war against the state, betting mutiny.

04:46 There is an all-time serious offence in 9. Unto itself, a major redline breach took place, and this too happened for the first time in history.
04:53 But the case you are talking about, inciting a conspiracy, is a very serious offence.

05:04 You have an indisputable, independent witness.
05:07 And by independent, I mean, I do not mean the defectors who left the Jamaat, or your own police officers.
05:13 And forensics are present to support all this.
05:16 Yes, absolutely, your question is absolutely valid.
05:20 And as I said, the technical evidence that we have, we cannot bring it to you now.
05:26 But yes, that is on the record, verified from the forensics, from the PEMRA, from FIA.
05:34 We have all that evidence, and we have made that part of the case file.
05:38 And all the evidence will be presented in the court.
05:41 And then the court will decide what will be the fate of these cases.
