The fanciest starter ever. A French recipe using the duck liver called foie gras, tast and fluffy.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3.5 oz foie gras
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 4 spices mix
