00:00 It's a big game for us this week, playing a great team.
00:04 And it's gonna be a big challenge for us, and I came with the yard to play.
00:07 >> Is there any extra motivation at all when you hear things like that,
00:09 or do you even think of last year?
00:12 >> No, because last year's last year.
00:13 I think the extra motivation has come from it being a division opponent.
00:18 They're in the NFC, I'm a conference opponent.
00:20 Cuz they're in the NFC with us, and they're a great team.
00:24 So it's gonna be a big challenge for us.
00:26 >> When you hear him say something like that, and
00:29 then double down on it, what is the key to staying focused and
00:33 not letting that affect you in any way?
00:36 >> I just approach it one day at a time.
00:40 Of course, I don't really necessarily like what he said.
00:43 I wish he would have used a better word to describe my play.
00:46 But it is what it is.
00:47 At the end of the day, all I can do is control my work ethic, what I do day to day.
00:52 >> James, why do you think he said that?
00:54 What was the motivation that you used to say that?
00:58 >> You'd have to ask him.
00:59 From the clips that I saw, of course,
01:03 it felt like they had a big game planned against us.
01:06 It felt like they had some ink and
01:08 brush against us.
01:10 Yeah, I don't know, I guess you gotta ask him.
01:15 >> Has there ever been a point in your career where something like that would
01:17 bother you?
01:17 >> You know what, I mean, I've been playing football since I was eight and
01:22 30 now.
01:23 I've been playing roughly 22 years of my life.
01:27 So I mean, I've had people say negative things about me in the past,
01:29 when I was coming out of high school, so I couldn't do it.
01:32 When I was in college, when I was transferring, so I couldn't play corner.
