00:03 - And basically the spread tells you
00:05 Washington should not step up or even show up in Vegas.
00:09 The game's already decided.
00:10 - I love you taking this angle.
00:12 I love this.
00:13 - I told you, that's it, it's over.
00:13 - This game's over.
00:16 I like this Joe.
00:17 - It's over.
00:18 - This game's over.
00:19 - No seriously, all of the gurus.
00:20 - They're not playing it.
00:21 This game's over.
00:21 - That's it, don't even suit up.
00:23 Roma Duse, don't suit up.
00:25 You know, Michael Pinnock, don't suit up.
00:28 I'm telling you, it's a waste of time.
00:30 Everybody knows Oregon's gonna win.
00:33 And why are they doing that?
00:34 - Look, here's what I know Joe.
00:37 And I don't know if I wanna go as far as you
00:39 with the way that you're laying into this.
00:42 But Oregon might win this game,
00:47 but nine and a half seems like it is,
00:50 that is just a lot of lumber for these two teams
00:54 with the way that they played each other
00:56 in Seattle earlier in the year.
00:58 And I mean, I brought up the point the other day,
01:01 like Oregon hasn't played any close games.
01:04 You know, they played two.
01:06 They played the Washington game, which they lost.
01:08 And they played the Texas Tech game way back in September.
01:11 I mean, even though Washington hasn't been
01:13 quote unquote as impressive,
01:16 they've been at the end of these games
01:18 and been in late game situations,
01:19 which maybe is gonna help them out here on Friday night.
01:23 - Styles make fights, okay?
01:25 And maybe Oregon does have the better offense
01:27 and defense aligned and from a physicality perspective.
01:31 But from a tempo perspective,
01:33 Michael Pinnock's in Washington have the receiver core
01:36 to go toe to toe with the Ducks in this ballgame.
01:39 And that's why I am intrigued to see how it plays out.
01:42 I will say at the start of the year,
01:44 and you can go back to 2017, and that's a long body of work.
01:48 Oregon was under 500, actually at 20 and 24 overall.
01:53 They were technically and statistically
01:55 not a very good road team.
01:57 You look at the road games this year.
01:58 They didn't, well, they technically
02:00 shouldn't have covered against Texas Tech.
02:02 They got the pick six with 30 seconds left.
02:04 It was a one score game.
02:06 They lost but covered against Washington
02:08 because of the hook and they beat up on Utah.
02:11 Those are the three big games that you could say
02:13 that we could look at.
02:14 So they really haven't, yes, they won all of them, right?
02:19 With the exception of Washington
02:21 and they covered two of them.
02:22 But at the end of the day,
02:26 I go back to Michael Pinnock's Washington
02:29 has the type of wide receivers
02:31 to challenge them over the top.
02:33 Pinnock's I think is gonna play this game
02:34 with a chip on their shoulder.
02:36 And this is the team that's undefeated.
02:38 I know they had it in their house,
02:40 but I still like Washington.
02:42 And you know what?
02:42 Screw the nine and a half.
02:44 Give me the plus 290 on the money line
02:47 because Washington has no shot
02:49 to get into the college football playoff unless they win.
02:52 I think they know that
02:54 and they take it on their hands
02:56 and they win the ball game outright.
