00:04 A few weeks before Christmas, the price of onions for sautéing has increased.
00:11 In some families, the price has already exceeded P20.
00:15 And in the circulation of Super Radio DZBB in Mega Q Mart in Quezon City,
00:20 the price of onions has reached P160 per kilo.
00:24 P40 is higher than the previous price.
00:29 Some vendors say that this is due to a lack of supply.
00:34 In monitoring of the Department of Agriculture yesterday,
00:37 the price of local red onions in the markets in Metro Manila
00:41 is ranging from P130 to P220 per kilo.
00:45 The Department of Agriculture said that the price of onions
00:49 per kilo will not reach P700 before the end of 2022.
00:56 A reminder to motorists, there is an oil price hike today.
00:59 And according to the oil companies, the price of diesel is P30 per liter.
01:04 That will end after the next four weeks of rollback.
01:08 As for kerosene, the price of kerosene has increased to P65 per liter.
01:12 There is no movement in the price of gasoline.
01:15 According to the Oil Industry Management Bureau of the Department of Energy,
01:18 the movement in the price of diesel and kerosene is due to a decrease in supply
01:23 due to the production of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries or OPEC.
01:28 Lagos Nilad Underpass in Manila is open again tomorrow.
01:33 Let's talk to Maki Pulido, who is on the spot.
01:36 Maki!
01:38 This is it, Rafi.
01:42 What many motorists have been waiting for
01:45 is that after almost half a year,
01:48 Lagos Nilad Underpass has been reopened to traffic.
01:53 So, past 8.30 a.m. earlier,
01:57 the convoy of Manila City Mayor, Hani Lacuna,
02:01 along with other officials of the LGU,
02:03 participated in the ceremony of reopening of Lagos Nilad Underpass.
02:07 After the expenses of the Manila LGU,
02:10 which is P70 million for the first major rehabilitation of this underpass,
02:16 Lacuna said that it will not be flooded anymore.
02:19 It will not be a swampy area anymore.
02:21 It is a national road, so it should be a project of the DPWH.
02:24 But because they always blame it if it is too swampy or because it is flooded,
02:29 Manila City Hall is the one who arranged this.
02:33 In the rehabilitated Lagos Nilad Underpass,
02:36 some parts of the road are waterproofed
02:38 so that the pavement does not get water that becomes a swampy area.
02:43 The pumping area was raised so that the water can flow directly outside.
02:47 Pipes were added so that the water can flow faster.
02:51 The pipes are directly in the cistern or the seasilbing catch basin.
02:55 The cement was also thickened to rise because it is undersea water level.
03:00 And the people we talked to earlier,
03:02 when the road was opened, Rafi,
03:04 the people we talked to, some jeepney drivers and students,
03:07 they were very happy because their PUVs can now pass through Lagos Nilad.
03:14 And the students said that it will not be flooded anymore.
03:17 The jeepney driver we talked to said that they can save money on gasoline
03:23 because there is no traffic.
03:25 So Rafi is a major road in Lagos Nilad
03:28 because this is the one that intersected Binondo, Santa Cruz, and Quiapo area
03:33 in Manila City Hall, Intramuros, and Taft Avenue.
03:36 In the 1960s, Lagos Nilad was built.
03:38 That's why this is the first major rehabilitation of this underpass.
03:42 It has been flooded several times because of the rain.
03:45 That's why the water was so thick back then.
03:48 Rafi?
03:49 That's very historic, Maki.
03:50 Maybe that's why there are people who go down to Lagos Nilad.
03:53 Maybe it's just now, Maki.
03:55 They are the ones who sometimes let traffic.
04:03 The underpass? Sorry, repeat it.
04:06 Yes, Maki. In your video, we saw someone going down there.
04:10 They went down to the bottom of Lagos Nilad.
04:14 Maybe they won't let it happen if it's fully operational.
04:17 You know what?
04:19 Yes, it looks like they're practicing again.
04:23 Maybe the other jeepney drivers are not used to it.
04:28 You remember, on this side, Rafi, it should be really low.
04:32 Jeepneys should be stopped for the passengers to go down.
04:36 In fact, Lagos Nilad underpass is just about to open.
04:39 Suddenly, there are people going down to the wrong places.
04:42 And there are still people going down one by one, like what you saw until now.
04:46 So, the passengers are forced to walk in the middle of the underpass
04:52 because they were brought down to the wrong places.
04:54 We have traffic enforcers here who are watching.
04:58 We are hoping that they will stop doing this in the future
05:03 because this is a new road and they are doing it before.
05:13 I hope the road will get better and we will use it better.
05:17 Thank you very much, Maki Pulido.
05:19 There are some motorists who were caught on the EDSA busway
05:25 even though it is prohibited.
05:27 Here is the hot news from James Agustin.
05:30 The MMDA launched the Special Operations Group Strike Force this morning.
05:37 These are both operatives of the former New Task Force Special Operations Unit.
05:41 The operation is also the same.
05:42 These are motorists who were caught on the EDSA busway and road clearing operations.
05:48 The officer in charge is Gabriel Go, former deputy of the NTF-SOU.
05:53 We will intensify the operation since the anti-illegal parking,
05:58 those who are in the living lanes will have separate groups.
06:03 That's why we will target the delinquents in following the law.
06:07 In the operation of the Strike Force in the northbound lane of the EDSA Mandaluyong,
06:11 there are still motorists who were stopped on the busway even though it is prohibited.
06:15 Most of them are motorcycle riders.
06:18 There are also four-wheel vehicles.
06:20 It's easy to get in.
06:23 It's small.
06:24 I was just passing by and I saw a vehicle.
06:29 I went back to the lane.
06:32 Do you know the vehicle?
06:33 Yes, I know. It's been a long time.
06:36 What did the officer say?
06:39 I just want to talk to him.
06:41 Maybe he can lower the fine.
06:45 I don't get a fine. I've been delayed for two weeks and I don't get a fine.
06:50 17 people were arrested until 8 a.m.
06:55 According to the MMDA, the number of violators is decreasing.
06:58 It's an indication that the higher fine was imposed.
07:02 It's already P5,000 for the first time.
07:05 It was effective on November 13.
07:07 According to the agency, there are 1,262 motorists who were arrested on the first week of the higher fine.
07:14 It was P345 last week.
07:17 The MMDA also wants to reduce the use of body-worn cameras in their operations.
07:22 It's for the protection of the enforcer and those who are apprehended.
07:27 The arguments that were made by the MMDA are going to be removed.
07:34 The body-worn cameras will be used for live feed.
07:38 The body-worn cameras cannot be edited and the body-worn cameras cannot be killed.
07:43 For now, only 100 body-worn cameras are used by various operations groups.
07:49 It's not enough for the number of operatives in Metro Manila.
07:52 That's why the agency will procure more.
07:55 According to the DOTR, aside from the bus and service vehicles in the Busway Project,
07:59 only on-duty ambulances, firefighters and PNP vehicles are allowed to pass through the busway.
08:05 Some top officials are also allowed to drive, like the President, Vice President, Senate President, House Speaker, and Chief Justice.
08:13 James Agustin is reporting for GEMA Integrated News.
08:17 Here is the breaking news.
08:20 A van in the urban-kezon was hit by a car after it fell off a cliff.
08:26 The driver of the van was on his way to the outing.
08:31 The driver of the van was rushed to the hospital.
08:35 The investigation continues.
08:37 In Calatagan, Batangas, a man was found dead in a pool.
08:44 Based on the investigation, a barangay officer saw him.
08:48 The man's body was found in a poneraria.
08:51 SOKO Batangas also obtained DNA samples to be sent to the forensic unit of Camp Krame.

09:02 Here are some Filipino athletes who were awarded for their good job performance.
09:07 Wow!
09:09 The Philippine team won a medal in the 2023 Asian Cup Canoe Competition.
09:14 Gold medal winners are OJ Fuentes, Joanna Barca, Lialyn Baligasa, and Kimli Ady Balboa.
09:21 Inspiration on wheels is the Philippine skater, Rydel Abarico.
09:26 She is a first-placer in the women's downhill skateboarding in an international skating competition in Thailand.
09:32 Good job!
09:34 A flood hit a pier in San Jose Occidental, Mindoro.
09:37 To prevent the flood from spreading, the Philippine Coast Guard used oil-absorbent pads to collect it.
09:43 According to them, 30 liters of bunker oil was lost.
09:47 They also collected contaminated debris from the sea.
09:50 They also cleaned the area where the oil was found.
09:54 The PCG also inspected other towns to find out if the oil was still spread.
09:59 They also found out where it came from.
10:01 Here are the breaking news.
10:06 These two men were playing a video game on the side of the highway in Cotabato City.
10:15 The two men were actually drivers who got hot because of the passenger's fight.
10:20 According to the police, they were not reported the incident that went viral on social media.
10:25 They remind that the heat of the head should not be allowed when on the road.
10:31 In Visayas, two men were arrested for stealing in a pawn shop in Cebu City.
10:38 One of them was caught by the CCTV that came down from the motorcycle and rode in a red car.
10:44 The suspects were arrested in Cebu City and were caught in a car.
10:49 They were given some guns.
10:51 The police are now investigating if the suspects are connected to other groups.
10:55 The retired PNP chief, Camilo Cascolan, has many children.
10:59 He was clearly on the side of his brothers who cremated the former general.
11:03 Here is my report.
11:09 Camilo Cascolan was in a coma due to a stroke and died on Friday.
11:15 While his brothers were in peace, they had doubts about his condition
11:22 according to his nephew and his brothers' lawyer.
11:25 We filed a guardianship petition to take care of him while he is still alive.
11:29 We requested that if he dies, he should not be cremated.
11:37 Despite this, Cascolan's body was cremated.
11:40 Even the NBI officers who were ready to conduct an autopsy were present at the funeral.
11:45 It is also a big question for the brothers of the former general
11:48 why the doctor from the PNP and not the attending physician of Cascolan
11:52 signed his death certificate that he used to conduct the cremation.
11:57 We have invitations to all who are aware or who were involved in handling his medication.
12:04 We anticipate the heritage and we will ask why it was continued.
12:08 We also anticipate an explanation from the medical legal officer
12:12 who came from the PNP and why he signed it.
12:15 He is not the attending physician.
12:17 One of the Davao boys, Cascolan, or the police officials in Davao
12:21 who became the suspect in the anti-drug war conducted by the former President Rodrigo Duterte.
12:25 After becoming the PNP chief, he was appointed as the executive director
12:29 of the Anti-Terrorism Council Project Management Center and the new administration.
12:33 He was appointed as the Undersecretary of the DOH.
12:36 That is why the brothers of Cascolan did not accept that there is a doubt
12:40 about the disappearance of their great general.
12:42 As a family, we cannot allow this to be just a coincidence.
12:48 The GMI Integrated News is also trying to interview the family of Cascolan
12:52 to get his reaction to the statements of the lawyers of the brothers of Cascolan.
12:56 We are also asking for the comment of the PNP, NBI and Heritage Park about this.
13:01 [Intro Music]
13:11 Dear friends, this is not a storm.
13:13 But because of the shear line, the Northern Samar was rained on this November
13:19 based on the data of the forecast.
13:21 From November 1 to November 23, the map of Northern Samar will be blue.
13:27 Even though some parts of Samar are more wet and more wet.
13:31 That means that the places that are above normal rainfall amount are recorded.
13:37 Some places in Batangas, Panay Island and Davao region are also blue.
13:42 Near normal rainfall amount are the places that are green on the map
13:47 while these are yellow and red indications of below or way below normal rainfall amount.
13:54 That means that the rainfall in the places that are recorded from November 1 to November 23 is moderate.
14:01 That includes Metro Manila, according to the forecast.
14:05 For now, it is still possible for the rain to fall on different parts of the country.
14:09 That is the end of the windy and easterly weather, which will be the local thunderstorm.
14:15 In the next few hours, the large part of the country will be rained based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.
14:22 Heavy to intense rains are possible in some places that can cause floods or landslides.
14:28 The chance of rain is low in Metro Manila.
14:32 Today, the city of Pines, Baguio recorded a minimum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius.
14:38 19 degrees Celsius in Malaybalay, Bukidnon.
14:41 21 degrees Celsius is the recorded minimum temperature today in Basco, Batanes
14:46 while 21.5 degrees Celsius in Tanay, Rizal and 24.4 degrees Celsius in Quezon City.
14:55 You will also have a day when you will be in hell!
15:08 Sorry, sorry, my friends.
15:11 That's the fate of the action drama prince Ruru Madrid in a viral acting workshop.
15:19 What are you saying?
15:22 You animal!
15:23 You will also have a day when you will be in hell!
15:26 What did you say?
15:27 You animal!
15:28 You will also have a day when you will be in hell!
15:31 In the behind the scene, GMA Public Affairs caught Ruru as the latest student in the acting of O.G.D.
15:40 O.G.D. is challenging him to find out if the acting of Sparkle Star is really effective.
15:47 Of course, Ruru was able to act in a trending line.
15:52 O.G. was able to do it.
15:54 The action and thrilling scene of Black Rider was also done.
15:59 It's at 8 p.m. on Kapuso Network after 24 hours.
16:05 The Filipino Jimmy Pacheco doesn't know if he has a companion who was also kidnapped by Hamas.
16:10 There is also a Filipino who is being searched by the Department of Foreign Affairs who is also missing in Israel.
16:16 The DFA in Israel and other countries are also working to find him.
16:21 Pacheco is now in the hospital and is resting in a hotel in Israel.
16:27 He told us that he lost 11 kilos in his almost 50 days of kidnapping.
16:34 The Israel Embassy is now processing Pacheco to give him a benefit as a victim of terrorism.
16:40 There is no abyss as to what his next plans are.
16:44 On the rise of the price of onions and chicken in their stores in Metro Manila,
16:50 we are joined by the Department of Agriculture spokesperson, Asek Arnel Demesa.
16:56 Good morning and welcome to Balitang Hali.
16:58 Good morning, Rafi and Tony. Good morning to everyone.
17:02 Yes, Asek, what is the update on the imported onions that have just arrived in the country and how many are these?
17:09 Tony and Rafi, normally in the Philippines, our monthly consumption of onions is between 21,000 to 22,000 metric tons.
17:21 What we expect to arrive is about one month's requirement of 21,000 metric tons of onions.
17:30 Red and white onions.
17:34 I see.
17:35 But can this be exceeded?
17:37 Yes.
17:38 Can this be exceeded, the so-called increase in the price of onions in their stores in Metro Manila?
17:44 It is said that, according to your DA, this is now 130 to about 200 per kilo in their stores.
17:55 The cheapest onions are 130 pesos and the most expensive are 220 pesos.
18:02 Our prevailing is between 140 to 160 pesos, the price of onions.
18:12 So when this imported onion arrives, if not maintained, hopefully the price of onions in our stores will go down.
18:23 We will go to the price of chicken. Is it possible to reach 200 pesos per kilo in the next week?
18:30 For chicken, the lowest price is 150 pesos and the highest is 210 pesos.
18:42 The prevailing is the price that most stores in the market are selling is 190 pesos.
18:48 Our farm gate has increased from 80 to 90. We are now able to earn 110 pesos.
18:55 Normally, from the farm gate, the increase is about an additional 50 percent.
19:01 That is the retail price of our chickens.
19:05 So with that farm gate price, the price of 180 to 190 pesos is a reasonable price for the chickens in the stores.
19:12 But what is our projection as Christmas approaches?
19:16 As Christmas approaches, it is natural that there will be a slight increase because demand is increasing.
19:23 The good thing about this is that our supply of key agricultural commodities, raffia and corn is stable.
19:31 What is the direction of the DA regarding the egg sales of only per kilo to avoid fraud to the buyers?
19:40 The question of Congressman Nicky Breones of AGA Partylist is good because based on our standards,
19:47 the grading or classification of eggs is based on the weight. The jumbo is more than 70 grams.
19:54 There are differences of five to 10 grams between grading. The difference is between medium to large.
20:02 If we buy each tray, we will see that the sizes are different. The price is large, medium and small.
20:12 If we look at it, it is better if it is per kilo so that the consumers can get the worth of what they are paying.
20:22 But there are technical aspects that need to be planned to make the egg sales more accurate per kilo.
20:29 That's right. It comes from the farm. It is weighed to be bought by traders.
20:36 The problem when it comes to the family, the grading is not being weighed.
20:42 So this is an issue of supply. Again, this is the reason for the increase.
20:47 In terms of supply, the issue is the demand, as I mentioned before.
20:53 There are two seasons that spikes in the price of eggs, when there are many eggs and when there are many preparations.
21:00 Eggs are the primary ingredient in many of our preparations.
21:06 In terms of supply, we're producing enough supply.
21:10 For now, 36 million coming from our commercial at 40 percent to our native and backyard producers.
21:19 In fact, we're producing 36 million eggs per day in our commercial layers.
21:26 All right. Thank you very much, Department of Agriculture Spokesperson Asek Arnel Demesa.
21:31 Thank you very much. Good morning.
21:34 The parasailing experience of a woman and her lover in Boracay was returned to the accident.
21:41 This is the news brought to you by Jonathan Andal.
21:45 Woo!
21:47 Oh, this is amazing.
21:51 The first time experience of a tourist, Rika May, and her fiancé, will never be forgotten.
21:58 Yeah! Woo!
22:01 They enjoyed the experience while on the air for a few minutes.
22:05 But suddenly, the speedboat stopped pulling them.
22:10 Ah! Hey! Hey! Ah!
22:14 They followed the speed of the speedboat as it was slowly coming down from the water.
22:21 Ah! Ah!
22:23 The speedboat also caught the fiancé's fall.
22:33 The crew was calling for rescue.
22:35 We're coming. Just wait for us.
22:38 While in the water, Rika was submerged a few more times until they could hear the laughter of the two.
22:44 At first, they thought that part of parasailing was their descent into the sea.
22:48 But they found out the truth when the rescue boat arrived.
22:52 They were diving down to remove the back hulls that were attached to the boat.
23:00 So they asked, "Are you okay? Are you sick? Did something happen to you?"
23:07 When we were lifted up, they explained what happened.
23:11 The engine was damaged. The engine didn't work.
23:15 And there was no gasoline. So the gasoline ran out.
23:19 But in the investigation, it was found out that the engine's LSC attached to the sea grass.
23:25 The lower part of the engine ate the thick sea grass.
23:30 They removed the gasoline. There were a lot of them before the gasoline ran out.
23:33 Even though they didn't have any injuries, Rika's tail ached because of the impact of the fall into the sea.
23:39 They were also more afraid of the large parachutes attached to their fins and if someone approached them.
23:46 There was a person swimming under us.
23:49 The parachute and my fins.
23:51 I couldn't remove the parachute from our legs.
23:55 We couldn't swim towards our speedboat.
23:59 The incident happened on October 7, but it was only uploaded yesterday on social media until it went viral.
24:05 Rika has no plans to file a complaint.
24:07 They also have no injuries and have signed a waiver.
24:10 It's like a waiver that not everyone will blame them since we consented to that waiver.
24:19 Despite the experience, the fiancée insisted on parasailing.
24:24 We paid a lot of money for it. It's just bad memories.
24:29 The second time around, everything was fine.
24:33 We also paid for the guide. A lot of people came to us.
24:39 We tried to get the operator of the parasailing activity, but they didn't give us an official payment.

25:37 Let's hear the answer of Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Marques-D on the top three candidates of Miss Universe.
25:47 If I could choose to live in any woman's shoes, it would be Apo Wang Od.
25:53 She is an amazing symbol of cultural preservation.
25:56 She has been defying boundaries, stereotypes, and that is something that I have tried to inspire everybody around me as well.
26:03 Which is to own your unique story, own your traditions, love where you came from, love who you're with, who you're surrounded with.
26:11 That was the answer of Michelle when Tito Boy Abunda asked her the final question after Miss Universe pageant.
26:20 Yesterday, Michelle also shared some backstage moments from the pageant.
26:25 Meanwhile, from one queen to another, Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz gave a grade to Michelle's performance on Miss You.
26:34 On a scale of 1 to 10, Melanie who was Miss International, I judged her there.
26:44 I really liked Mimi back then. She was a 10 score.
26:50 And of course her daughter, I supported her too in the sense that she had everything like Melanie, height, grace, and everything.
27:00 But compared to Melanie, she was an 8.
27:03 Amateur man in the field of fashion design, some young Filipinos were not left behind in the creation of works that are inspired by the beauty of our culture.
27:15 Breaking news of Salima Refran.
27:19 You would think that those designs were made by veterans in the industry.
27:24 But those were made by students who fought in the Stitch-Off competition of the Department of Science and Technology.
27:31 Inspired by the works of various themes that symbolize the culture, way of life, and our tradition, Filipinos.
27:38 With our modern Filipino street wear, we would like to showcase the eclectic style of Simbang Gabi.
27:46 We would like to incorporate this culture and diversity of our Igora culture in our design.
27:54 The fabrics that we used are for sustainability.
27:59 The one that won the competition, the Threads of Heritage of Iloilo Science and Technology University.
28:05 It was entitled Threads of Heritage. So it came from the word heritage which means history.
28:12 And our inspiration was inspired by the panuelo and the balintawak sleeves for the female.
28:19 Because of the talent of our students, they are able to finish the clothes on time.
28:26 They are working very hard every day. So this is the result.
28:30 Aside from the recognition of the students' talent, the Stitch-Off competition also proved that it is possible to fuse art, culture, and innovation.
28:39 This is where we come in as scientists and as experts in the field.
28:46 We have to enable the industry to have what we call means to actually become creative.
28:53 What we want is to use the intelligence in science and technology in innovation.
29:01 And of course, we should finish with commercialization.
29:05 Here in the Stitch-Off contest, from the production of different agricultural commodities,
29:12 to stripping, weaving, design, and marketing, we have a complete industry that can benefit more.

30:18 Back to the court this morning, former Senator Laila Delima. We will have details on the spot with Jonathan Andal.
30:25 Jonathan.
30:26 Connie, earlier this morning, the former Senator Laila Delima asked the Montinlupo RTC Branch 206 to transfer seven prisoners who wanted to go back to their promises against her.
30:40 The seven prisoners are being treated in the Sablayan Prison in Pinal Farms, Occidental, Mindoro. But Delima transferred them to New Belivid Prison in Montinlupa for their security,
30:50 after writing in the court their intention to return the testimony against the former senator.
30:55 Delima also wanted to bring the seven prisoners to the court to find out if it's true and why they want to go back.
31:03 But the court did not make a decision on this. Because even if there's prosecution, there are prisoners who want to be transferred to New Belivid from Sablayan.
31:13 One of Delima's lawyers, Atty. Raymond Bagilat, said it's important if the seven prisoners who testified against Delima will return, because reasonable doubt will be strengthened.
31:24 The judge will surely think about why there are more people who want to go back, favoring Delima. Atty. Bagilat said if the seven prisoners who testified will be recanted,
31:34 there will be 14 people who want to return their accusation against the former senator.
31:40 Meanwhile, Delima hopes that the Marcos administration will bring the Philippines back to the ICCO, International Criminal Court, after President Bongbong Marcos said that they're studying this issue.
31:52 President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the Philippines to leave the ICC in March 2018, after President Duterte announced that ICC chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda
32:02 conducted preliminary examination on the deaths in the Philippines because of illegal drugs.
32:08 That's the latest from Montenlupa. Stay tuned Connie.
32:11 Thank you very much Jonathan Andal.
32:13 My word of the year is the Merriam-Webster Dictionary. That's the word authentic or in Tagalog, tunay at kapani-paniwala.
32:23 The number of searches for the word authentic has increased, meaning not false or imitation.
32:29 Artificial intelligence is also one of the reasons why people are interested in the word authentic.

34:57 Some members of the group of Vice President Sara Duterte's change of heart moved to the party of House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
35:04 A short interview of Ian Cruz.
35:06 In front of House Speaker Martin Romualdez, some high officials of Davao Oriental gathered to become members of the Lakas CMD.
35:17 Among them is Vice Governor Nelson Dayang Hirang Jr. and five provincial board members of their province.
35:24 Dayang Hirang is a well-known ally of the Duterte's and a former member of the Nationalista Party.
35:31 Some of the board members are members of the group of change of heart, the party formed by Vice President Sara Duterte.
35:38 On the occasion of National Children's Month in Manila Hotel, we asked the Vice President about this.
35:45 Ma'am, your known allies in Davao Oriental moved to the party of Speaker Romualdez.
35:50 Any reaction from Vice Governor Dayang Hirang, your former board members, your former allies in HNP?
35:57 Yes, no comment.
35:59 This past week, some former members of the PDP Laban of former President Duterte moved to the Lakas CMD of Romualdez.
36:10 This was in the midst of the Duterte's former government's orders to the Camera, which he called the most corrupt institution.
36:17 The transfer of alliances to the Camera was followed by the adoption of resolutions that urge the government to help in the investigation of the International Criminal Court or ICC in the war on drugs of the Duterte administration.
36:30 First, President Bongbong Marcos said that the government is studying the possible return of the Philippines as a member of the International Criminal Court or ICC.
36:40 We all should respect the position of the President being the chief architect of foreign policy.
36:51 So, that is all our position should be. But we will continue to reach out to the Department of Justice regarding our position on this matter.
37:04 Ma'am, what would you say if we are able to meet in the DPP? People still push that the government should not be the position. Will you be able to meet with the ICC just to be clear?
37:14 Yes. We will continue to reach out to the Department of Justice regarding our position on this matter. And we will lay down the legal basis of our position with the DOJ.
37:26 Ian Cruz reporting for GMA Integrated News.
