Reich was fired by the Carolina Panthers earlier in the day after starting the season 1-10. Sirianni served as offensive coordinator for three seasons under Reich in Indianapolis.

00:00 - Obviously, we all know your relationship with Frank,
00:02 and I guess in a two-part question,
00:05 kind of number one, do you plan to bring him in
00:09 in any kind of role?
00:10 And number two, when you do add a coach
00:12 in the middle of the season in general,
00:14 I guess what goes into that decision
00:16 to kind of change the staff a little bit on the fly?
00:20 - You know what, Rube, it's obviously very early,
00:24 obviously, with everything that's going on,
00:27 and so I haven't even really thought about that quite yet.
00:30 As far as bringing somebody in in the middle of the year,
00:35 you know, what goes into that,
00:37 a lot of times, is familiarity with the person,
00:40 and so, you know, that's what goes into that quite often,
00:45 is the familiarity with the coach,
00:48 the relationship with the coach,
00:50 but I'm not there yet, obviously.
00:52 We're just finished up our evaluation of our game
00:56 and just starting in on San Francisco.
