00:40 It was found out that this was not the first time Abo was arrested.

00:44 On August 22, he was involved in a hit and run

00:46 that was committed by a tricycle driver.

00:48 He was a member of the QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit.

00:52 He was charged in the case of the guilty of the People's Law Enforcement Board of Leblon.

00:57 But according to the investigation, he is still a member of the PNP
