00:00 A police officer was arrested after he fired a gun at a restaurant in Quezon City.

00:08 The vehicle was not yet cleared to leave the scene.

00:16 The vehicle was arrested by Police Lieutenant Colonel Mark Julio Abo

00:20 for firing a gun twice at a restaurant in Quezon City.

00:25 Allegedly, the waiter was being valued by a PNP member

00:30 and there was a suspicious reason for the incident.

00:35 The police came out and suddenly fired twice.

00:40 It was also found out that this was not the first time Abo was arrested.

00:44 On August 22, he was involved in a hit and run that was carried out by a tricycle driver.

00:49 He was a member of the QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit.

00:52 He was charged with the crime of being guilty of the People's Law Enforcement Board or PLEB.

00:58 But according to the investigation, he was still a member of the PNP

01:01 under the Legal Service Department of the PNP National Headquarters.

01:05 We asked the PNP to release him but they did not give any response.
