00:14 My first travel to Siargao was in 2017. It wasn't fully developed yet.

00:21 And then, the mode of transportation there is "habal-habal" or scooter.

00:27 That's the vehicle in Siargao?

00:29 Yes. I think that's where I enjoyed the feeling of being able to travel alone.

00:36 Because the locals there are very friendly.

00:39 And they speak Siargao. Siargao is similar to Visayas.

00:45 So I understood them. My mom is from Davao.

00:49 So I have a connection with the locals there.

00:52 And that's where I learned that I can be independent.

00:58 Because I love the beach also.

01:01 After a year, I went back to Siargao alone.

01:06 And my friends there, the locals, that's probably the time that...

01:12 That's the time that a lot of things happen. Personal problems also.

01:20 And my parents are really game also.

01:24 They still let me go. Even if we're together everyday, they're willing to let me grow alone.

01:31 And I'm grateful for them because they didn't force me.
