00:00 is going to be great. It will have a small specialist provision, a full nursery. It will
00:06 expand from a current pan of 20 students to a two-form entry, so that's 60 students. We
00:12 will have a 3 or 4G to be determined artificial pitch, but it will be floodlit for community
00:17 use. The hall and kitchens are available for community use. And something that's really
00:22 exciting is that we are opening a specialist science lab, which will be great for the students
00:28 because it's not often that primary school they get to use a laboratory, a fully fitted
00:32 laboratory. We're also working in partnership with STEM South East and a team of STEM ambassadors
00:38 to make sure that that facility is available for other schools, primary and secondary,
00:43 and for the wider community. So we're really, really excited about it. And the other lovely
00:47 thing is that the build is net zero, which means that it's a zero emission building,
00:52 so it's quite trailblazing in fact that it's really sustainable and won't impact on the
00:59 community as well. This is an expansion and a relocation of an existing school. It's not
01:04 a brand new school, so it's really important. We have a super community at Rocheville who
01:09 have been really behind the school. Some great things have been happening there in recent
01:12 years. The idea is that actually this is a great opportunity to bring the two communities
01:17 together, the existing community and the new community. So it remains as Rocheville School.
01:21 It is the expansion and relocation of an existing school. So I think we're really excited about
01:27 bringing the two communities together as a single Rocheville community, because although
01:33 the new area is called Cable Wharf, it's built on what were the Rocheville Pleasure Gardens.
01:37 So this is all the Rocheville community and will be going forward as well.
01:40 - Thanks.
