00:09 Tell us, you've got a very interesting background, you came to the Isle of Man from Western Sahara, was it?
00:15 Yes.
00:16 And how did you find your way here?
00:17 So, I'm very, very lucky to be here, I think I made the right choice to come to the Isle of Man.
00:23 This place has given me the opportunity to settle here, to build a family, to develop the business, and myself and my family, we've been definitely given here the freedom to flourish.
00:36 We're very grateful to be here, it's been a great opportunity, and we settled here, my daughters were born here, and we're very, very happy.
00:48 I would like to thank my team at Topcare, they've been working very, very hard to look after our clients.
00:54 We deliver 24/7 service, so a big team right now working, they haven't been able to come here, I would like to thank them for just continuing to deliver the very best care.
01:06 And they work with people in their own homes and so on, don't they?
01:09 Correct.
01:10 What do they actually do?
01:11 We have a team of registered nurses and a team of carers, so we specialise in home care, so the majority of our team, they look after people in their own homes, but we also do support some organisations with staffing, with healthcare professionals.
01:27 Right, yeah.
01:28 And what's the secret of the company's success?
01:31 Having an excellent team that work very, very hard, and we have a good team in the office, they continue to work and support in our team.
01:39 I think we work very well together, and I think we're like a small family.
01:45 That's lovely. And what does winning the award mean to you?
01:48 I think it's not for me, it's for all my team. I'm very, very proud of all this team, all my team at Topcare, and I just would like again to thank the Isle of Man for this opportunity to be here.
