00:00 with Swagelok, who've won the Zurich Health and Wellbeing Initiative of the Year.
00:03 So we're going to turn to Jean Kennell who's going to tell us a bit about Swagelok
00:07 and a bit about how much this prize means to you.
00:10 It means everything yet again. The guys in the wellbeing team worked so hard all year to get people involved at Swagelok
00:17 just to improve their well-being. This year was about community, just trying to
00:22 bring people at work together, doing different things, different challenges,
00:27 step challenges, 30 days wild. We've done the Relay for Life this year and it's
00:34 just really about forging friendships.
00:37 And what I was interested in knowing was, the staff obviously have got involved but it's out of hours so they don't necessarily have to.
00:44 How did you get all the staff to actually sign up to this and why do you think the staff got involved? Is that because of you?
00:51 Erm... [laughter]
00:58 [laughter]
01:00 How much money is involved?
01:02 I can't tell you that.
01:04 [laughter]
01:06 [laughter]
01:08 Some of us can be named this week.
01:11 You know what, it really wasn't that difficult this year. I think people have just wanted to get involved in different things.
01:17 The Relay for Life, we had over 30 people turned up to walk for 24 hours.
01:23 So it wasn't difficult, we had people that just wanted to get involved.
01:28 The Lunch and Learns that we did, we had people at work that just wanted to share their hobbies with other people.
01:35 And is health and well-being important to you in Swagelok?
01:39 Yeah, incredibly important. We have a management team give us a budget every year.
01:44 We get together, we do surveys, we find out what the associates want to do and we try and replicate whatever they want as much as we can.
01:52 Brilliant, congratulations. Can I get a big cheer?
01:54 [cheering]
