00:00 Good morning John, what would be your advice to people who have just been diagnosed with
00:05 a form of cancer?
00:08 My advice is find out as much as you possibly can about that cancer, do your own research,
00:13 Google 'scholar' ideally and also get literature from whatever particular cancer support group
00:23 exists and go and also find out good doctors who treat that particular cancer and then
00:29 have treatment as much and as best you can and more importantly enjoy life as much as
00:36 you can going into the future.
00:38 That's what I've been doing.
00:39 Are you enjoying life at the moment John?
00:41 Absolutely.
00:42 So cancer is not a death sentence, it's something that you just have to be aware of and find
00:47 out more information.
00:48 Is that what you're trying to tell me John?
00:50 Yes it is, definitely knowledge is power and also making sure that you just enjoy yourself
00:58 too.
00:59 You can still enjoy yourself.
01:00 That's good advice John, thank you very much for your time.
01:05 Thank you.
01:06 Thank you.
