00:30 You have a hospital that Israel believes there are multiple shafts that go into different
00:38 tunnels and rooms being operated by Hamas militants.
00:44 And of course, you have a staff and civilians and sick patients who are going to be frightened,
00:52 for sure, by the entry of Israeli troops.
00:55 Having said all that, we heard updates this morning from the Israeli army that they are
01:00 operating in certain targeted areas.
01:04 They have not taken over the large hospital complex in its entirety.
01:10 And it appears that they say, based on intelligence, they're going after certain areas that they
01:15 believe Hamas operatives are working out of and going to specifically engage in those
01:24 areas.
01:26 On a positive note, the Israeli army also confirmed that all of those incubators, the
01:34 baby food and other supplies have reached those premature babies.
01:42 The last count we had was about 36 of them.
01:44 They were moved from one part of the hospital over the last couple of days to another part
01:50 where there was a little more electricity.
01:53 We don't know all the details, but we do know that according to the army, those supplies
01:57 have reached the babies.
02:00 Now, whether Israel has taken over that section, is providing any care, we don't know.
02:08 We do know that Israel came in with medics, with Arabic speakers, and they have begun
02:15 an operation which, in all honesty, could take a day or two days.
02:21 And it's not clear.
02:22 We don't know what the overall game plan is.
02:24 Is this a raid where they're going to go in and come out?
02:27 Or is Israel going to, little by little, try to systematically evacuate all of the patients,
02:35 all of the civilians, and all of the patients, and then go after Hamas operatives?
02:44 Remember, Israel believes, along with the United States, that there are bunkers underneath
02:49 this hospital, that there are control and command centers, storage centers for weapons.
02:56 So there's many potential options here, from a fight out in the hospital to, if we think
03:04 about a larger military plan, perhaps Israel will just decide to bomb certain parts of
03:12 this hospital to basically make it inoperative for Hamas militants.
