Bisan, a humanitarian youth volunteer with ActionAid, posted a video from the incubator department of the Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza - which was stormed by Israeli forces on Tuesday night - pleading that Gaza 'has run out of fuel' and that 'babies days old... could be killed'.
