00:22 but we also want to make sure we're thorough and diligent,

00:28 We don't want to mix just jumping out there to doing it

00:31 if it's not the right person for Mississippi State.

00:36 So we'll be, again, as thorough as we need to be,

00:39 but we also understand what's upcoming.

00:41 We understand what happens with the transfer portal.

00:43 We understand the recruiting calendar.

00:46 We understand the final schedule.

00:48 So with all of that, there's a lot of variables

00:50 that we'll take into consideration.

00:51 But at the core of what we'll do is

00:53 make sure that we hire the best person for Mississippi State.
