00:00 This is an example of our ESS or energy storage solution.
00:07 This is our EV charger and optimizer.
00:12 A common question we get asked is when we hear that Huawei has solar, they ask if we have the solar panels.
00:21 So actually Huawei doesn't offer the solar panels themselves.
00:26 So why is that? If we go back to the presentation earlier, the key strengths of Huawei are really on the power electronics and digital technologies.
00:35 So since we already have strengths in that, those are really the strengths needed for these products, the inverters, which the solar panels connect to,
00:44 and then the battery systems as well since we have batteries across our other devices from the other business groups.
00:52 For the energy, sir, what we call grid-tide or grid-supporting inverter.
00:59 So you could just think of it that if you don't have a battery and you have solar, you don't have energy storage, but it's just going to shift over your bills.
01:08 So let's say instead of getting maybe your house is consuming 5 kilowatts or 5 kilowatt hours, for example,
01:17 this would shift by the corresponding amount generated by the solar.
01:22 So when it comes to the inverters, what's typically available in the market, they boil down to three main types, grid-tide, hybrid, off-grid.
01:32 So usually for most consumers, they're not always well-acquainted or well-aware with the different technologies.
01:38 So if they're not very well-informed, they'll be getting, let's say, the wrong type of inverter, let's say a grid-tide inverter.
01:46 And to put it simply, a grid-tide inverter from the name, it just connects to the grid.
01:51 It's not able to connect to a battery storage system.
01:54 So one complaint we often hear from some end users is that they purchase an inverter that's just grid-tide,
02:03 and then after a couple of years, they go, "Why not get a battery?"
02:07 And fail to realize that it's not compatible with what they currently have.
02:12 So we have to, let's say, overhaul their inverter or get a new one.
02:16 But for what we can provide, it's just one inverter model that's able to cater to those three different types or sectors.
02:25 So it's actually the residential solutions we have.
02:28 How much is that?
02:30 With this one, sir, maybe around Php 40,000 to Php 60,000, depending on the capacity.
02:35 So for this one, it can range from between 2 to 6 kilowatts, about.
02:41 And to add to what Thorne is saying as well, what consumers can do is actually purchase, for example, if they purchase an inverter,
02:50 they want to do grid-tide first, and then when they're ready to explore putting batteries, they don't have to change the inverter.
02:56 Our inverters are hybrid, so any time, you can just buy a hybrid battery.
