00:11 A new low-pressure area is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:17 It was hit by a storm 1,400 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao.

00:23 It is likely to be a storm and enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:27 The Japan Meteorological Agency considers the so-called low-pressure area as tropical depression.

00:33 As of now, the weather has not yet affected the situation.

00:37 The wind is blowing from the northern and central Luzon while the shear line is from the southern Luzon.

00:43 It is likely that local thunderstorms will be part of the nation.

00:48 Because of the storm, it will be dangerous for small sea vehicles to sail

00:53 to the coastal areas of Batanes, Ilocos Provinces, La Union, and Cagayan, along with Babuyan Islands.
