00:21 We have all witnessed the bodies off innocent children scattered all across hospital yards.

00:32 We all witnessed women getting killed, holding their babies between their arms, other family

00:43 members searching for their loved ones under the debris.

00:51 These painful scenes have been repeated for decades, and they will remain carved in our

00:58 memories.

01:02 Israel is trying to revenge what happened in October 7 in a manner that is not acceptable

01:15 to many of us by killing women, children and elders.

01:22 We cannot accept the acts of the Israeli occupation forces or the illegal settlers.

01:32 Our fellow brothers in Palestine and the West Bank are also impacted.

01:39 According to the UN reports, more than 12,000 Palestinians were killed in Gaza and West

01:51 Bank, 73 of whom are women and children.

01:55 This cannot be disregarded nor accepted as a pretext to any act.

02:04 As the whole world stands in silence, this brings us to shame.

02:10 Gaza is almost level to the ground, and the Western countries did not even call for a

02:17 ceasefire.

02:21 If you take a look at the recent incident where very few people were killed in Paris

02:36 and all the heads of state marched hand in hand, expressing their rejection, yet thousands

02:44 were killed in Palestine without any head of state in the West moving a finger.

02:49 It is nothing but utter failure.

02:52 Those who remain silent in the face of injustice is complicit and in collusion.

03:01 Those who are defending the United States and West preaching on human rights and civility

03:15 were all exposed.

03:17 We have seen the recent votes in the United Nations Assembly, only 101 votes in favor,

03:29 while the rest of the world remain standing.

03:35 We also wish that the states supporting Israel to listen to these calls.

03:43 The Arab and Muslim world is standing united in the face of this solemn incident.

03:57 And I thank and appreciate all the states who managed to deliver some aid in cooperation

04:07 with our brothers in Egypt.

04:09 We in Turkey dispatched 10 cargo planes, and yesterday a cargo ship carrying 366 tons left

04:26 Turkey and will arrive today in Al-Arish port.

04:30 We will spare no effort to continue to cater to cancer patients in the Turkish hospital

04:42 inside Gaza Strip.

04:45 On November 15, an international conference will be held, whereby the spouses of the heads

04:55 of states will be convened to an international conference.

05:03 Our aim is to have the humanitarian aid delivered, and the prime goal is to reach a permanent

05:12 ceasefire, not a temporary one.

05:18 A humanitarian pause is not a just solution.

05:35 We seek a permanent ceasefire and safe passage be opened for delivery of relief aid, mainly

05:46 fuel to be delivered to the vital institutions, chiefly hospitals.

05:59 Similarly, the UNRWA has described Gaza that is now totally denied of all types of aid

06:12 like an inferno.

06:18 Border crossing points should remain open permanently.

06:24 At the same time, Israel and Israeli officials must be held criminally liable for their crimes.

06:36 This must be addressed by the United Nations, the International Criminal Court, whereby

06:42 new investigations must be initiated.

06:49 Speaking of the nuclear powers, the International Agency for Atomic Energy also must address

06:57 this issue.

07:00 The nuclear power possessed by Israel must be detected and identified.

07:10 This particular issue, vital issue, cannot go unnoticed.

07:16 This represents a grave threat to the entire region.

07:20 Third point is compensation.

07:26 It is one of the factors that Israel is acting recklessly, is that on every occasion they

07:33 escape payment of compensation for each and every crime they commit, from destruction

07:41 to the killing.

07:44 Israel must pay compensations.

07:48 It is Israel that must pay compensation.

07:53 It is like a favored cuddled boy.

07:59 We cannot abandon our fellow humans in Palestine.

08:04 We cannot abandon our brothers in Palestine.

08:08 Therefore, a fund must be created under the Islamic Organization of Islamic Cooperation

08:16 be created to ensure the rebuilding of Gaza Strip.

08:22 We in Turkey will do what it takes to contribute to this fund.

08:31 We cannot speak of attempts of normalization of relations with Israel in the region without

08:41 resolving the Palestinian cause.

08:49 The root cause lies in the lawful rights of the Palestinians, namely the establishment

09:00 of their independent state on the 1967 borders, the territorial integrity of the land and

09:08 East Jerusalem as their capital.

09:12 We also believe that the International Peace Conference will be a foundation stone to safeguard

09:20 peace and to this direction.

09:24 We should continue to exert maximum effort, including a guarantor state, a state that

09:33 acts as a guarantor for the Palestinians.

09:39 This no doubt will restore peace, security and welfare not only to the Palestinians,

09:47 but all the peoples of the region, including the Israelis.

09:52 We must be cautious when it comes to safeguarding the holy sites in Jerusalem as Israel attempts

10:01 to impose a status quo on Al-Aqsa compound.

10:10 Many states in the region include the West Bank.
