Prince Harry can continue his unlawful information gathering claims against a newspaper publisher, after a court decision. Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), which publishes the Daily Mail, lost a bid to have the cases thrown out by the High Court. The Duke of Sussex is one of a group of high-profile individuals to have brought legal action against ANL, including Baroness Doreen Lawrence and Sir Elton John. They have accused the publisher of unlawful activities such as accessing private phone conversations. ANL firmly denies the allegations. Report by Jonesia.
