00:00 Did you get the call from Ozzie Newsome?
00:01 Did someone else give you the call?
00:03 Tell put us in your shoes.
00:05 You said you were in Orlando.
00:06 What's that afternoon like?
00:08 I guess it's a long- >> Man, it was crazy.
00:10 It was crazy.
00:10 So like before, so I was training in Orlando like a week before the draft.
00:15 And so I flew back home.
00:17 I'm in Newport on 13th Street, right around the corner from Noah's Circle,
00:21 the apartment where I grew up at.
00:23 We had a house around the corner, me and my mom, my stepfather at the time,
00:27 may he rest in peace.
00:29 He was with me at the time and we had a party that night before.
00:32 It was day one.
00:33 You remember the draft used to be like three days.
00:35 So day one, it was one through three.
00:38 So we thought we was going day one.
00:40 So we got around that end of that third.
00:43 And we got the word, we're like, man, we probably ain't gonna go the first day.
00:46 So I was really kind of distraught though, cuz I thought I was going early.
00:49 But and then my roommate at the time, President Presley, his mom,
00:54 and his mom was one of my roommate while I was in college.
00:57 His mom came and just prayed.
00:59 She said, just let me pray over you.
01:00 She said, everything will be okay.
01:01 She said, tomorrow is your day.
01:04 Let me pray over you, everything will be good.
01:05 Man, we went back to my apartment, just relaxed.
01:08 Got up that morning, came back to my mom's house.
01:10 That morning while we eating breakfast, man, Ozz and Noosa gave me that call.
01:14 And really my agent called me two picks before.
01:17 He was like, hey, the Ravens got two picks right here.
01:20 They're gonna take Antoine Barnes with the first 141, I mean, with the first pick.
01:25 And then the coach, they're not gonna take no fullback.
01:29 That's payment and they don't use no fullback.
01:30 So and then the Ravens will pick you up with that next pick.
01:33 It worked out just like that.
01:35 Ozz and Noosa called me, man, and I swear me and my mom danced all night.
01:39 Danced all night and day, you know what I'm saying, in the kitchen, man.
01:41 Listen to blues all night.
01:43 So we still talk about that to this day, man, that day right there.
01:45 Day that changed pretty much everybody's lives around me, man.
01:49 You know what I'm saying?
01:49 It really propelled me to be in a position now, coaching now and
01:55 giving back to these guys.
01:56 And I can't wait to see some of them, man, when they sign their national letter,
01:59 to go to college and see some of them when they get, you know what I'm saying,
02:03 to the NFL.
02:05 So that's what people don't understand.
02:06 That's how I feel about Bryan Robinson.
02:08 My first camp I ever threw, Bryan Robinson, he was in the sixth grade.
02:14 Sixth grade, he came out there looking like he was about in the 11th grade.
02:17 He was so big, my barber brought him out there.
02:20 I remember I took my cleats off and gave them to him.
02:23 But to see this young man right now in the NFL dominating and
02:28 being one of the top backs in the league right now, man, it's exciting to watch,
02:32 man, I got two Bryan Robinson jerseys.
