00:00 For a very long time after I had my mastectomy,

00:03 I was--

00:04 I didn't want to look at myself in the mirror

00:06 because it was so different.

00:08 And it wasn't until I did the full Monty,

00:12 even doing the body positive story,

00:14 the campaign that we did on the show,

00:18 that was great to boost my confidence.

00:20 But I was very, very aware that one

00:24 looked different to the other.

00:26 But then I did full Monty with-- the real full Monty

00:28 with Colleen.

00:29 And that was very, very emotional for me

00:31 because I just didn't believe that I was a beautiful woman

00:36 anymore.

00:37 That was what-- I don't know why I keep doing that.

00:40 But it was in speaking with Colleen.

00:43 And as I say, getting that support

00:46 and giving my confidence in that way of saying,

00:48 you are beautiful.

00:49 You do look great.

00:51 And you are who you are.

00:53 And as she said this morning, this is me.

00:56 And so if you can't love yourself,

00:58 Nobody else is... You can't expect anybody else to do it.
