Trash in North Taiwan's Tamsui River Doubled in 3 Years

Trash in the Tamsui River, which cuts through Taipei and New Taipei cities, has double in the last three years. The local Environmental Protection Department says its mostly household waste and that growth in the popularity of food delivery services and take out is to blame.
