Taiwan Fishers Detained in Japan Expecting Release

Japan is expected to release a Taiwanese fishing crew it says was illegally fishing in Japanese waters. It's the second Taiwanese boat Japan has intercepted this month 1and raises bigger questions about how well Taiwan's fishing fleet respects international boundaries.
