00:34 I have created something on my own.
00:37 Which I got the inspiration from my in-laws,
00:40 Masoud Rana, who is one of the successful businessmen in South Yorkshire.
00:44 I started my career in Canada as an engineer.
00:48 But I always have the passion for cooking.
00:50 For me, cooking is not only to serve the food.
00:55 For me, it's cooking to make the people, when they eat, they love the food.
01:00 They get satisfied. They have a smile on their face.
01:03 And they come back.
01:04 The chef community, whoever has been supporting us,
01:09 they came back all the time.
01:10 And they've been satisfied with the food.
01:13 They came to the kitchen and talked to me,
01:15 which gave me a boost to go more farther.
01:18 And La Parilla, having La Parilla in Sheffield,
01:22 I think if I get the support from the community,
01:25 I want them to come and try the food.
01:29 For me, it's not about the money.
01:31 If you come and give us, give the food a try, if you like it.
01:36 And I think La Parilla will be a big brand for Sheffield in the future.
01:40 It took me a long way, because of the reason I love to eat,
01:44 I love to serve the customers.
01:46 And in Sheffield, when we opened La Parilla,
01:49 it was amazing support for the community.
01:53 I can say huge support from the community.
01:56 And still we want to tell the whole community,
01:59 if they come and give us a chance to serve them,
02:02 they can try with us, and I make sure that they never regret for that.
02:07 Also, my background, I was doing a PhD in marketing,
02:13 but I gave up that because I want to become here.
02:16 I want a passion for the open restaurant.
02:18 Something, want to be my own as an entrepreneur.
02:21 Now we're here, and we are trying to best our to do something
02:27 for the customers with our foods, with our service.
02:30 And hopefully we're going to go more and more in the future.
