00:00 And I worked with my team on this a year ago,
00:02 and I hate the fact I asked them to do this.
00:04 This is not a recommendation, right?
00:06 But if you're really struggling, then sadly--
00:08 and it's not good for the fabric of your home--
00:10 heat the human, not the home.
00:13 What do I mean?
00:13 Well, look, we should all be dressing warmly rather
00:15 than putting the heating on.
00:17 But properly layering as if you're outside
00:19 can really help during the day.
00:21 Sleep in a sleeping bag with a hot water bottle.
00:23 By the way, don't use hot water bottles for more than two
00:26 and three years-- two or three years.
00:27 They're dangerous.
00:27 They have a little flower on them that tells you
00:29 what the date of them is.
00:30 That's really worth checking.
00:32 I know it sounds silly.
00:33 I'll just grab the chair.
00:34 Put your feet up.
00:35 Now, the reason for this--
00:37 floors are really cold in the household.
00:39 You know this, yeah.
00:40 Floors are cold.
00:40 So if you're going to be in the house,
00:42 don't have your feet on the floor.
00:43 Have them up.
00:43 It does make a difference.
00:45 And the last one-- and there are loads more of these.
00:47 They're just examples.
00:49 Lots of heated USB-type gear.
00:50 It just costs pennies an hour to run.
00:52 It can make you feel warmer.
00:54 You can buy these for 10 to 20 quid.
00:55 Just make sure they're energy safe.
00:57 Insoles, gloves, hand warmers.
00:59 I mean, I shouldn't be doing this stuff in the modern age.
