00:00 A lot of Southerners know this dessert as chocolate delight, including Erin Napier,
00:04 who shared her grandmother Rita's recipe with us.
00:07 And it's the recipe that many of us at Southern Living have fallen in love with.
00:11 But many other Southerners love the same chocolate whipped cream layered situation
00:17 and call it something else.
00:19 Some of my favorites,
00:21 sinful pudding,
00:22 cocoa silk pie,
00:23 stripe delight,
00:25 fantastic dessert,
00:27 fat man's delight.
00:29 I can't with that one.
00:30 Mmm. So good.
00:32 Mama Mountain mudslide,
00:33 and I can't with this one.
00:35 Girdle Buster.
00:36 That is what this dessert is going to be named after from here on out.
00:40 Girdle Buster.
00:41 There are even versions that are named after famous people,
00:45 like Better Than Robert Redford,
00:46 because he is really delightful.
00:48 And even Jimmy Carter cake,
00:50 which that version includes peanut butter,
00:52 but basically is still the same recipe.
00:54 Mmm.
00:55 One of my absolute reader favorite submitted recipes is simply goo.
00:59 It doesn't matter what you call it.
01:01 We can all agree that it is sinfully,
01:05 delightfully delicious.
