00:01 I've been getting a lot of DMs about how I stay healthy and radiant,
00:05 so I'm just gonna share my secrets with you guys.
00:07 First thing first, beauty sleep.
00:10 Just take a look at my giant tortoise clients,
00:13 already in their 100s but no one can ever tell.
00:16 My second favorite is exercising.
00:19 To make sure I get my steps in daily,
00:21 I spend at least 30 minutes on the exercise wheel my mom made for me.
00:25 I love to push myself and usually go up to 0.5 miles per hour,
00:30 but if it's too fast for you, you can always slow down and take it at your own pace.
00:35 Of course, after all this gym, I need to fuel and I stick to a super healthy diet.
00:41 Personally, I only eat fresh, locally grown, organic,
00:45 leafy greens and flowers that my mom grows for me outside in our garden.
00:49 Each green is carefully washed and then chopped into a moderate portion.
00:55 And yes, this is your reminder to eat your greens today.
00:59 You guys should know better than me how important vitamin D is
01:03 for strong bones and that smooth shell.
01:06 A bath in the sun is the best way to achieve that purpose.
01:09 For me, it's important to stay hydrated.
01:12 This means having regular baths in my pool
01:16 and drinking a lot of water during my self-care routine sessions.
01:21 No one enjoys when their skin starts shedding and peeling off.
01:25 Next, do things that make you happy.
01:36 Your well-being is not just a healthy body, but it is also a healthy mind.
01:41 I personally love gardening and landscape design.
01:48 Last but not least, I never forget to spend time with my loved ones.
01:52 For me, every day starts with morning cuddles and positive affirmations from my mom.
01:58 We always make time for each other despite our busy routines.
02:01 We also do a lot of activities together.
02:09 Sometimes we like to have lunch outdoors and we both eat our salads in our terrace.
