01:09 The previous record was in 2015-2016, when 1.7 million people applied for asylum, many
01:16 of whom tried to relocate to the United States, where 730,000 of these asylum requests were
01:22 logged last year.
01:26 At least 2.8 million people also acquired citizenship to an OECD country in 2022, breaking
