00:46 I fell in love at first sight with the energy,
00:48 with what this sport represented to me,
00:51 and I just signed up for the club.
00:53 And that's how it went.
00:55 I had huge success, but the truth is that I put a lot of work into it,

01:02 But paradoxically, the first title of the world champion was the easiest one for me.
01:08 It's much harder to keep it later.
01:11 When it comes to young people today, how to motivate them,
01:16 I think it's a problem for all of us,
01:21 because we're looking for motivation and inspiration outside,
01:24 but if we don't find it in ourselves,
01:27 nothing outside will work for us for a long time.
01:30 So it has to be this fire that each of us will find in ourselves,
01:34 each of us will burn it in us.
01:37 You just have to have the courage to believe in yourself,
01:40 in your potential, and just follow it.
01:44 It's so simple, but basically it's hellishly difficult,
01:48 especially since we often hear that we're not good enough,
01:53 that we're not complete,
01:56 that we're not like someone we see on the front pages of newspapers or on TV.
