01:00 And the question of the day is, have you done your pelvic floor exercises yet today?
01:07 Ladies and men, young and old, front and back.
01:12 Well, we're here back at Hannanvale, the beautiful Hannanvale Valley, where it's always green.
01:17 No matter how dry it is, you'll find something green in Hannanvale.
01:20 We originally spent all our young childhood at Motro's Farm, which is on the Stuarts River.
01:27 And we've had many, many happy childhood memories from there.
01:31 And it is great to be back to see the beautiful gardens. They're beautiful every year.
01:35 The work that goes involved in putting these things on, and everybody appreciates coming here and enjoying the beautiful valley.
01:41 Hi, I'm Pam, and I'm a teacher at Hannanvale Public School.
01:45 And this is our wonderful garden that the children tend.
01:49 This is the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation program.
01:54 And we actually cook all of our produce. We grow our produce.
02:01 It's a self-sustainable garden.
02:05 And it's a lot of hard work for the kids, but it's a great, great pleasure at the same time.
02:11 Hi, I'm Hannah. I used to go to this school, and it's a really good school with an amazing garden and teachers.
02:21 The fact that she hasn't talked about the garden, they make us work all day and night.
02:27 They're not.
02:29 All the wonderful food that we take into the kitchen and then make into lunches, and it's really good.
