00:00 Good afternoon, let's update on the current time, today is October 22, 2023.

00:07 Currently, North-East Monsoon is affecting the Northern Luzon,

00:13 while the Shear Line is affecting the eastern part of Central and Southern Luzon.

00:20 We expect that the Shear Line will still bring heavy rain,

00:25 with heavy rain, hail and snowfall in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon,

00:33 Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya and Camarines Norte.

00:40 So, be careful, our fellow countrymen, in the areas of flooding and landslides.

00:45 North-East Monsoon or AMIHAN will bring heavy rain,

00:49 with heavy rain in the southern part of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:56 Cloudy skies with light rains, we expect that the North-East Monsoon will still bring heavy rain in Ilocos Region.

01:04 In the southern part of our country, we expect better weather,

01:08 where we have chances of localised thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and night.

01:17 For the time being, we expect that the North-East Monsoon will continue to bring heavy rain

01:25 in the extreme northern Luzon and in the mainland Cagayan.

01:30 In the area of Cordillera Administrative Region,

01:35 cloudy skies will also bring heavy rain, but we expect light rains.

01:41 For our shear line, we expect that it will still bring heavy rain in the southern part of Cagayan Valley,

01:49 Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon and the whole Bicol Region.

01:59 Cloudy skies with light rains, we expect that it will bring heavy rain in the area of Ilocos Region

02:07 because of the North-East Monsoon and in the extreme northern Luzon,

02:11 partly cloudy to cloudy skies, we still have chances of localised thunderstorms.

02:15 The temperature in Metro Manila for tomorrow will range from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:23 In Lawag and Legazpi, it will range from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:28 In Tuguegarao for tomorrow, 22 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:33 In Baguio, 16 to 23 degrees Celsius.

02:37 In Tagaytay, 22 to 27 degrees Celsius.

02:41 For the time being for tomorrow in Visayas and Mindanao,

02:45 we expect generally fair weather, but we still have chances of localised thunderstorms,

02:52 especially in the afternoon and evening.

02:54 The temperature in Iloilo, Cebu and Tacloban will range from 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:03 In Davao and Zamboanga, it will range from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:08 In Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:12 We still do not have a high-level gale warning for any country in our country,

03:17 but we still have to be careful in the northern Luzon area

03:21 because the sea will be calm until the sea level in that area is high.

03:25 For the three-day weather outlook of our main cities,

03:30 first here in Metro Manila, we expect that until Tuesday,

03:34 the sheer line will continue to bring rain.

03:37 But when Wednesday and Thursday comes,

03:40 we are already in an improving weather condition where we only have chances of light rain.

03:45 In Baguio, when Tuesday comes, we still expect cloudy skies,

03:50 but we expect light rain.

03:53 And then when Wednesday and Thursday comes, we are already partly cloudy or cloudy skies,

03:58 but we still have chances of isolated light rains.

04:02 In Legazpi, we expect that until Tuesday, the sheer line will continue to bring rain,

04:07 but we are already in a better weather condition when Wednesday and Thursday comes

04:11 where we have chances of localized thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon and evening.

04:17 In Metro Cebu and Metro Davao, or particularly in Visayas and Mindanao,

04:21 we expect that in the next three days, Tuesday to Thursday,

04:25 we will still have a better weather condition where we still have chances of localized thunderstorms.

04:31 That's why our fellow citizens are still being careful about the flood and landslides,

04:37 especially in moderate to at times heavy rains.

04:40 Our Regional Services Division will still issue rainfall advisory, thunderstorm advisory,

04:46 or heavy rainfall warning if necessary.

04:50 The sun will set later at 5.33 pm and will rise tomorrow at 5.49 am.
