00:00 question. I think they do a phenomenal job with motion and different things of

00:04 what they do with hiding things, getting guys free, you know, that that's what you

00:10 know that Mike's done and that's the system he's been in and again I think

00:15 what I really have a lot of respect for Mike is is that you know he's running a

00:19 lot of different things than systems that he's been in in the past right

00:23 because he's adapted to who his players are and so you know he uses different

00:28 things with motions to for different reasons you know I don't you know I'm

00:33 guessing as I watch but taking educated guesses as I watch and we do less of

00:38 that right and so but it's like anything like you know I have a philosophy of the

00:45 way I think things are supposed to look right but it always starts with the

00:49 players right but what I mean by that is there's a lot of different ways to do

00:53 things right are you convicted in what you do right do you coach the heck out

00:58 of it to help the players succeed and so you know there are there just I say

01:07 this in our like in our staff meetings all the time like I get that there's a

01:10 lot of way to do it this is how we're gonna do it and let's be all in on this

01:14 Mike does it a certain way with his offense and they're all in on that and

01:17 so I think that's just a good example for everybody is that you know this can

01:21 go from game management to the way you run practice to the way you travel or

01:28 anything there's multiple ways to do things you know it's about doing them

01:32 with attention to detail it's about doing them the right way it's about

01:35 being all in on the way you're doing it and many different things can succeed

01:40 especially when you got good players like they have and we got good players
