00:00 - You said last week, when someone asked
00:02 if this was still your year,
00:04 that this is still the year for eight of you guys, right?
00:07 That said, does it still feel like for you personally
00:09 that your team is primed to claim this championship?
00:12 - I think that we certainly are.
00:16 And as long as we keep our fate in our own hands,
00:20 I feel as though it's a good opportunity for us,
00:23 probably one of the best opportunities that we've had.
00:26 That doesn't necessarily,
00:28 the competition doesn't care about that though.
00:30 They don't, you know,
00:31 if they blow a tire with five to go,
00:33 we go from dominating a race
00:34 to losing it on a green white checkered
00:36 'cause we pitted or whatever, they don't care.
00:39 They don't care about what you are trying to accomplish.
00:42 They're just trying to race their own race.
00:43 So it's a weird sport in that sense.
00:47 And so while things you can feel are in your favor
00:51 and you feel as though each week
00:53 you've been one of the top contenders,
00:55 the format doesn't care
00:56 and they can knock you out pretty quickly.
