  • last year
The family of 15-year-old Jessica Baker who died after a crash on the M53 on the 29th of September have extended their thanks to the community for the support they have received during this time. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Residents in Sefton say they’ve resorted to short term loans and loan sharks after the council “paused” a hardship scheme providing support amid the cost of living crisis. The Council said they took the decision to suspend applications for a short period to ensure that later applicants do not receive less money.

And finally, primary schools across Liverpool have received new Ofsted ratings for 2023, ranging from ‘requires improvement’ to ‘outstanding’.You can find a list of thirty seven schools and their ratings at LiverpoolWorld.uk
