Prince William secures new position as Duke 'steps up' to help Queen after health checkup

The Queen spent a night in hospital last week after it was announced by Buckingham Palace that she was under doctor's orders to "rest." She underwent "preliminary tests," and was back in Windsor Castle the next day.
