00:00 In order for the Office of the President to perform its role and discharge its duties,
00:09 we are respectfully requesting a budget of $10,707,927,000 for FY 2024.
00:22 We are asking for a modest increase, but at a rate that is within the norm of previous
00:30 fiscal years.
00:32 The lifting of the pandemic restrictions provides an avenue for the President to conduct in-person
00:40 affairs of the State.
00:44 There are more meetings being now conducted, more Presidential public engagements now being
00:51 held.
00:52 I think many, the Senate President, the Majority Leader, and my fellow Senators are also willing
00:59 to support the President.
01:01 We know the demands of the job.
01:02 The buck stops with him.
01:04 Thank you very much for everything.
01:06 We're here to support if the demands are great.
01:13 The number of disasters has increased.
01:15 The world is getting increasingly unstable.
01:18 So we cannot say what will happen.
01:21 Maybe it would be good if the country remains one of the stable oases in the region and
01:28 in the world.
01:29 So we're here to support.
01:31 Yes, you see, Clayton has this.
01:34 There are no colleagues.
01:35 That means I think they have a vote of confidence in your budget.
01:38 So we will favorably endorse your budget for plenary consideration.
01:43 Thank you.
01:44 Thank you.
01:44 Thank you.
