00:00 Well, speaking of flight cancellations
00:01 here at Accuweather, we have the
00:03 exclusive Accuweather flight
00:04 cancellation forecast.
00:04 It goes out five days and kind of
00:06 gauge on if you're going to be
00:08 taking a trip whether you're going
00:10 to be having issues at the airport.
00:12 Well, it looks like as we head
00:14 into the weekend Saturday,
00:15 it's going to be tough for travelers,
00:17 especially here in the Northeast,
00:18 because we're going to have that big
00:20 rainstorm come in and some thunderstorms too.
00:22 But as far as Thursday tomorrow,
00:23 not as bad.
00:24 We've got 180 in the forecast.
00:26 A typical day will give you a couple 100.
00:28 All things considered.
00:30 So let's talk about your
00:31 Thursday weather travel wise.
00:33 There are a couple of tough spots.
00:35 One is in the Southeast,
00:36 Florida, Georgia into South Carolina.
00:38 There's a pretty big storm that is
00:40 moving along the Gulf Coast now and
00:42 it will continue to get you wet.
00:44 Their wet roads and ponding of water
00:46 on the roads and even a couple of
00:49 strong thunderstorms in Florida in
00:50 the morning also back off to the West.
00:52 Thunderstorms will develop later
00:54 they they into the central plains
00:55 with snow out into the central
00:57 and central Florida portions of the
00:59 Wyoming and Colorado Mountains will
01:01 see several inches of snow there.
01:02 So minor delays in Denver with some rain,
01:05 snow in the higher elevations
01:06 into the mountains.
01:07 Also some minor delays on your
01:09 Thursday across the upper Midwest.
01:10 And you see this area of thunderstorms
01:12 developing here from Nebraska into Kansas.
01:14 That is going to be a line most
01:17 likely of severe thunderstorms
01:18 tomorrow afternoon evening.
01:19 That could impede your travel for sure.
