This FULL leg workout (Glutz and Hamiez focused)

Had questions on the Dumbbell Hamstring Curl (and similar exercises where you have to grab the dumbbell with your feet). How do you grab the dumbbell? Nothing to it. Might have to wiggle and shimmy a little, but there's no trick. Just grab the weight with your feet, make sure that it's stable in the arches of your feet, and squeeze it in place so it doesn't wobble or even fall on your back. Start with a light weight.

Tip: The further out from the bench you are, the harder the exercise becomes. In other words, if your legs are fully supported by the bench or if you are doing this exercise from the floor, it is much easier.
