Jupiter Ignition is an Urban Legend
About Jupiter Video , it's a typical Optic Flare effect (look at the curve symetry when approachs the border of the lens)...
The only "plasma explosion" comes from the left, from the Sun:

on duty in my Garden ,SO , the Red spot is perfectly visible & I CAN ASSURE U that Jupiter's Ignition is a TOTAL Urban Legend .
