00:00 Hello, Philadelphia! How are you guys doing today?
00:04 [Cheers]
00:06 Alright, listen, we're here for a really good reason today.
00:12 One day you're going to look back on this day and you're going to say, "I was there on that day when something really special happened."
00:20 I want to thank you all so much for being here.
00:26 It means a lot to me and I know it means a lot to my husband, Robert Kennedy Jr.
00:33 [Cheers]
00:35 So thank you.
00:39 We all love Bobby.
00:42 Well, you know, it's interesting because I've been traveling around with Bobby across the country
00:48 and something's been happening that I've never seen happen before.
00:53 He draws crowds and they are full of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents.
01:01 All in one place.
01:03 [Cheers]
01:06 So what that's telling me is that Americans want to work together.
01:15 They want someone to bring them together and make this country better.
01:23 [Cheers]
01:28 So that's what Bobby's ready to do.
01:30 He is ready to fight for the working class American because he's been doing it all his life.
01:38 I've been watching him do it.
01:40 As a matter of fact, you know, he's an environmental attorney and for decades he's been fighting against
01:48 these big corporations, these corrupt corporations that were stealing from the working class American.
01:56 I was in San Francisco when Bobby and his law firm stood up against Monsanto.
02:07 [Cheers]
02:10 On behalf of one man, a man named Mr. Johnson, who was a groundskeeper at a school
02:17 and he would wear Roundup weed killer on a tank on his back and do his job, kill the weeds,
02:26 spray the lawn, and he started developing lesions on his back.
02:31 He reached out to Monsanto and told them what was happening, could this possibly be caused by Roundup,
02:40 and Monsanto never responded.
02:43 So Mr. Johnson went back to work.
02:46 He kept using the Roundup.
02:49 He got sicker and sicker and developed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
02:57 And Bobby and his law firm sued Monsanto.
03:02 They proved that Monsanto did indeed see these messages.
03:07 They saw what Mr. Johnson had said and how he had reached out,
03:12 and they didn't respond because they were making too much money.
03:17 So Bobby has stood up for the little guy, for the average person who's just trying to make a living.
03:28 He's been doing that all his life.
03:30 They won the Monsanto suit, which of course, yeah,
03:34 [Cheers]
03:36 and then that of course opened up to other suits because Roundup is killing people.
03:42 So one thing I know about Bobby is if he hears that can't be done or you can't do it,
03:52 it only sparks a fire in him and it makes him fight harder.
03:58 [Cheers]
04:01 So I'm here to tell you that Bobby is ready to fight for you guys.
04:05 Are you ready for him to fight for you?
04:08 [Cheers]
04:12 Okay. One more time. I just want to hear it one more time.
04:15 Are you really ready for Bobby Kennedy?
04:19 [Cheers]
04:23 Okay. Okay.
04:26 All right, listen, I know you didn't come here to hear me talk.
04:30 I--thank you. One person.
04:32 Oh, two people, two people. Thank you.
04:37 I am not going to make you wait any longer.
04:42 The moment you've been waiting for, we're all dying to hear from Bobby.
04:48 So why don't you please make a lot of noise and welcome
04:52 the next president of the United States of America, Robert Kennedy Jr.
04:58 [Cheers]
