Raw Food & Fitness Journey Day 72-Wholes vs. Parts

A question we have been getting from day 1 of our Raw Food & Fitness Journey: "Isn't eating that much fruit bad for you? Isn't it too much sugar?" The short answer is: No! The slightly longer answer is: No, it isn't. This is a classic case of focusing on parts vs. wholes. Since we have been conditioned to narrowly focus on nutrients and worry about getting enough of this or that specific nutrient(parts) we end up making poor food choices. We make food choices because of their parts vs. the synergistic wholes.
